James Carville: There Is ‘No One’ In Charge of the Democratic Party, 2018 Senate Chances Look Bleak (Audio)

Isn’t George Soros the head of the Democrat party? Who else in their right mind would want to lead a bunch of thin skinned sore losers that spread hate and trash everything single thing they touch?

May the demise of the Democrat party continue on…

TGP: Democratic strategist James Carville sounded the alarm recently about the Democratic Party saying that “no one” is in charge and that he is not optimistic about the Democrats taking back the Senate in 2018.

Sunday, on New York’s AM 970, Carville commented that “no one” was in charge of the Democratic Party. He added, according to Breitbart News:

[If] a party is out of power and we don’t have a presidential candidate there is no one going to be in charge until sometime in 2020 when we choose a presidential candidate. I think right now most Democrats are trying to focus on the 2018 elections and trying to recruit people and keep incumbents, and, you know, I would say we have a pretty good chance of taking the House back. The Senate is very, very difficult.

Carville, commenting on the Senate, brought up some of the most basic facts that Democrats seem to be avoiding the painful reality of:

“The problem in the Senate is we have a large number of seats we have to old in states that Donald Trump carried. Indiana, Missouri, you know, places like that we have to hold seats.”

Free Beacon:

Democratic strategist James Carville said Sunday it will be “very, very difficult” for Democrats to take back control of the U.S. Senate in 2018, placing the chances at well below 50 percent.

“I think right now most Democrats are trying to focus on the 2018 elections and trying to recruit people and keep incumbents, and, you know, I would say we have a pretty good chance of taking the House back,” Carville told New York radio host John Catsimatidis, according to The Hill. “The Senate is very, very difficult.”

Democrats need to pick up three seats in 2018 to win back control of the chamber, but they’re defending seats in multiple states that President Donald Trump won handily in 2016. Sens. Claire McCaskill (D., Mo.), Joe Donnelly (D., Ind.), Heidi Heitkamp (R., N.D.), and Joe Manchin (D., W. Va.) are among Democrats up for re-election in 2018 who are vulnerable to being defeated by Republican challengers. More
