NFL Player Drops HUGH Bombshell About #BlackLivesMatter… Media Ignores!
Just days after Seattle Seahawks defensive player Richard Sherman lashed out at the Black Lives Matter movement, another NFL player went public Monday with his view on the increasingly hypocritical movement.
But you won’t hear about it from the mainstream media, as it involves a black man calling out black-on-black violence, quoting bible verses and taking a pro-life stance.
Detroit Lions defensive back Don Carey wrote a scathing op-ed in the Detroit Free Press that explained his grave concern with the Black Lives Matter movement, calling out the “narrow mindset and irony that exists at” the root of the movement.
Carey pointed out an alarming statistic that liberals and Black Lives Matter activists ignore — that black abortion numbers have skyrocketed.
“We are so focused on the injustices done by a few wayward police officers that we ignore the blatant disregard for life within our own culture,” Carey wrote.
He then referenced Matthew 7:3-5 to drive home the point that the movement was grossly hypocritical.
“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” More
