Really, AP? Published Wire Photo Has Gun Graphic Pointing at Ted Cruz’s Head
The Associated Press currently has a photo for sale at its APimages.com site showing a graphic of a gun pointing at Ted Cruz’s head. It has been there since early Saturday evening.
It would appear that Charlie Neibergall, the person who snapped this photograph, had to patiently wait for the “right” moment to take the photo in question.
Here is the photo’s caption:
Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, speaks during a “Celebrate the 2nd Amendment Event,” Saturday, June 20, 2015, at the CrossRoads Shooting Sports in Johnston, Iowa.
It seems worth asking, given that he submitted the photo just before 7:00 p.m. on Saturday (apparently Eastern Time), over 11 hours after the photo was taken at 7:47 a.m., if Niebergall waited to submit the photo until after all the adults, assuming any remain at AP, went home for the rest of the weekend.
I can’t wait to see a similar photo involving leftist Democratic Party 2016 presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who perhaps to many readers’ surprise, has to a fair extent been a supporter of Second Amendment rights. More
