Video: San Francisco Transit Withholds Surveillance Tapes To Avoid Creating Racial ‘Stereotypes’

Would they do the same thing if it were white criminals? Because it might “create negative racial perceptions” about whites.

The tapes don’t create stereotypes. It’s the perpetrators on the tapes that do to themselves. Release the tapes already!

“I think people are genuinely concerned — they are fearful about the stories that have come out about the recent attacks, the assaults, the thefts,” said Debora Allen, who is a member of the BART Board of Directors.

What is BART doing to prevent these kinds of coordinated robberies from happening again?

Daily Caller: The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system in San Francisco and Oakland has been withholding video evidence of crimes committed on trains and at stations perpetrated by groups of teenagers, it has been revealed.

According to CBS Local, dozens of teenagers committed large-scale acts of robbery and assaults in the months of April and June. In April, “forty to sixty” teenagers boarded a train at Coliseum stop, where they proceeded to rob seven passengers and beat up two. In June, four teens assaulted a passenger and stole his cellphone. Just two days later, about a dozen teens snatched the phone of a woman on a train. More

Rest assured by refusing to release the videos you are making a stronger statement about exactly what kind of teens, youths, kids, and students are creating this havoc and victimizing innocent people and they aren’t Amish.
