Sarah Palin Has A Stern Warning For The GOP About Evangelical Christian Voters
The GOP could jeopardize its chances to win the White House in 2016 if the party’s “establishment” tries to “marginalize” Evangelical voters and create “disincentives” for them to vote, Sarah Palin tells Newsmax TV.
In an interview Friday with “Newsmax Prime” host J.D. Hayworth, the former Alaska governor, 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee and author of a new book, “Sweet Freedom: A Devotional,” laid into the Republican elite that “seems to want to run everything.”
“The GOP machine, the establishment, they better not think that they are holier-than-thou and marginalize Evangelicals and then create disincentives for … us to want to get out there and be involved in campaigns and to vote,” Palin warned.
