Teen’s Texts Lead Mom To Sickening Revelation ➠ Teacher In BIG Trouble
Many stories come from schools that leave people speechless at what they just read, and this is one of them. A Georgia mother read her teen son’s text messages and was shocked to find out what his teacher was allowing students to do in the classroom during school hours, and shortly after, a judge issued a warrant for the teacher’s arrest.
“It’s very sickening and disheartening because we trust administrators and educators when we drop our kids off at school,” said the unidentified mother, according to KFOR.
The mother said that she picked up her 14-year-old son’s phone and started going through his texts, and it’s a good thing she did. She found a text thread between her son and his teacher, 25-year-old Quinton Wright, that left her mortified at what Wright allowed to happen in his classroom.
“Basically, he’s allowing the students to have sex in a storage room of his classroom,” said the mother, CBS Atlanta reported.
Wright was a math teacher at Champion Theme Middle School in Stone Mountain until Friday, when a judge issued an arrest warrant and he was fired from his job. Text messages between him and the un-named boy shows Wright allegedly organizing times for the student to have sex in the classroom closet.
A few of the texts are below, courtesy of CBS Atlanta: (Messages are in their original form with spelling and grammatical errors intact.)
“Ight, I’m going to bring my lab top to cut some of the noise back there,” reads one message allegedly sent by Wright.
“Ight,” the student responds.
“I ain’t got no condoms … Yall can’t be long,” reads Wright’s response.
“I’ll give u to money for it tomorrow can u get me a 3 pack of Trojan enz,” replies the student.
Worse yet, it appears as if Wright sent the boy a calendar with other teachers’ schedules so that he could avoid them. Other texts reveal that Wright worked to cover his tracks as well, ensuring that everyone involved knew to keep their mouths shut. More
