Chuck Schumer: “There Is No Presumption Of Innocence” For Kavanaugh
During a press conference on Capitol Hill, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says that “there is no presumption of innocence” for Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Our Constitution says that the accused has right to face their accuser and we’re presumed innocent until proven guilty.
