CNN Suggests Women Can’t Carry Guns Because They Wear Skirts & Dresses
How mighty sexist of CNN!
CNN senior law enforcement analyst Tom Fuentes insisted that arming school teachers is impractical, arguing that women who wear skirts and dresses cannot carry guns on their person.
“A lot of these schools—Sandy Hook had an all-female faculty, from principal to teachers.”
“For a woman, where are you going to hide that gun during the day?”
“You can’t put it in your desk drawer; somebody might steal it, and you can’t get to it,” he said. “You’re not going to have it in a safe in the principal’s office; you can’t get to it.”
The only feasible option, he argued, is for teachers to have the gun “on your person, hiding it.”
“If you wear a dress, if you wear a skirt, are you going to have to wear a jacket every day with a belt and a holster, the way a detective on duty would do?” he asked. “It’s not a real practical solution for a variety of reasons.”

So stupid it hurts. Women often carry this thing called a purse. Some purses are even specially designed for concealed carry.
Is this a CNN expert on guns or an expert on women? He seems to have little experience with either.https://t.co/lzHbVHFebO

I know a lot of ladies who carry firearms. Often knives too. They can use their weapons as well as men. https://t.co/uzWeD0bXi9

Wow. This is among the most ill-informed “gun” things CNN has ever aired, and that’s saying something. There are… https://t.co/i95dkn1hru
