Confederate Monument In North Carolina Vandalized By #BlackLivesMatter Crazies

They need to go back to school to learn history.

REIDSVILLE, N.C. —Police are investigating graffiti vandalism at a Confederate soldiers’ monument inside a Reidsville cemetery.

The monument is located at Greenview Cemetery on Montgomery Street. A citizen noticed the vandalism Friday morning, and the paint was still wet, Reidsville police said.

City workers at the cemetery earlier Friday morning didn’t find any damage to the monument, police said.

Phrases written on the monument included “Black Lives Matter” and “KKK,” police said.

The United Daughters of the Confederacy moved the monument to the cemetery in December 2013. The monument stood in a traffic circle in downtown Reidsville when it was damaged in a crash in May 2011.
