A gunman opened fire inside a restaurant leading to a bystander shooting him dead in the parking lot.
OKC Police said the gunman, who walked into Louie’s Grill & Bar on the east side of Lake Hefner in OKC around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, wounded at least four people.
“A bystander with a pistol confronted the shooter outside the restaurant and fatally shot him,” Oklahoma police tweeted Thursday night.

A woman and her 12-year-old daughter are recovering after being shot Thursday at a restaurant on Lake Hefner.
According to police, at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a shooting at Louie’s restaurant on Lake Hefner. Police learned that a man had walked into a restaurant and opened fire, striking two people, Natalie Giles and her 12-year-old daughter, Syniah Giles.
A man that was trying to flee from the scene, fell and broke an arm.
Capt. Mathews says when the suspect exited the restaurant, he was confronted by a citizen who took out his own firearm, shooting and killing the suspect.
