IRS Agent Stays On The Job For Months After He Handcuffed, Put Gun In Mouth, Brutally Raped, & Choked 21-Year-Old Intern
IRS Jamie Clarke is charged with aggravated rape, rape, indecent assault and battery, strangulation, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
According to the audio obtained by the Globe, dispatchers at the time informed responding officers that the alleged victim had called 911 and said that IRS Jamie Clarke had allegedly placed his government-issued handgun in her mouth during the violent attack.
It’s being reported that an IRS agent ‘handcuffed a summer intern and raped her’. Horrible! What’s even more horrible is that the IRS agent stayed on the job for months after! The attack happened last July but the agent is just now being charged.
This agent is a married father of three who handcuffed the 21-year old college student and locked her in his government-issued car. He then put a gun in her mouth and raped her.
The agent, Jamie Clarke, invited the unpaid intern to a bar after work. He offered to give her a ride to the train station. When she got in his car, he attacked her. He then drove her to the train station and attacked her again.
The intern reported the attack to 911 immediately and went to the hospital. The IRS agent was never arrested.
He remained on the job for months but is now being arraigned in court.
Clarke is charged with aggravated rape, rape, indecent assault and battery, strangulation, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon “for an incident on the evening of July 26, 2017,” the statement alleges.
It was at the time that “Clarke allegedly invited the victim for drinks after work and then offered to drive her to South Station to catch a train,” the statement says.
“The indictments allege that Clarke handcuffed the 21-year-old victim while parked in his IRS-owned vehicle in the Government Center garage, assaulted her with his service firearm, and subjected her to sexual acts against her will,” the statement says.
