CNN’s Jake Tapper presses Mayor Garcetti on why he is campaigning for Democrats while L.A. suffers from a surge in homelessness and an outbreak of typhus likely due to booming rat populations in the city.

He literally named all the cities run by Democrats. We need to vote Democrats out of office, not just in Congress but in every single local election.
