It’s up to the federal government to assure that there is a steady supply of hand sanitizer and ventilators for people who’ve contracted the virus, according to de Blasio, while discussing President Trump’s handling of the pandemic.
“Here’s reality: This is a war-like situation. We’re in a wartime scenario with a Mar-a-Lago attitude being used by the federal government.”

“This is a case for a nationalization of crucial factories and industries that could produce the medical supplies to prepare this country for what we need. People are going crazy trying to get hand sanitizer.”
Spoken like a true socialist. Mayor Bill de Blasio thinks he has a chance to grab some more power. President Trump got the help of the private sector to come to the rescue without having to nationalize any of them! Suck on that Bill!
Stupid DeBlasio who was no where to be found until recently does not understand that it is the private companies who are stepping up to the task, not the government regulations.

This is a case for repudiation of tyrants like @NYCMayor and his fellow travelers. It’s a timely reminder that we are protected by a Bill of Rights (despite leftist efforts to weaken it), what with other authoritarians springing up using the pandemic as justification (IL, CA).
