President Trump: Ocasio-Cortez’s ‘Green New Deal’ Sounds Like A ‘High School Term Paper’

President Donald Trump ridiculed Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s “Green New Deal” proposal during a rally in El Paso, Texas on Monday.

“It sounds like a high school term paper that got a low mark,” President Donald Trump said, noting that it would shut down the oil industry and air travel.

“I really don’t like their policy of taking away your car or taking away your airplane flights. Or ‘Let’s hop a train to California,’” he said. “You are not allowed to own cows anymore? There are a lot of problems.”

President Trump blasted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal as a flunky high school idea Monday night, prompting the Bronx congresswoman to mock the president’s intellect.

Trump was holding a rally in El Paso, where he said Ocasio-Cortez’s signature plan to combat climate change “sounds like a high school term paper that got a low mark.”

Trump claimed the plan would mean taking away cars, tearing down buildings and shutting down air travel.

“How do you take a train to Europe?” Trump joked at his rally in Texas. More

Ask yourself why the Democrats are letting an obviously ill-informed 29-year-old moron drive their public agenda.
